Bacon Chicken Caprese Potstickers
Sauteed Mini Chicken Potstickers are tossed with bacon, tomatoes and basil then served on a bed of mixed greens, fresh mozzarella rounds and drizzled with a balsamic glaze.
Ingredients:
- 8 ea. Mini Chicken Potstickers, prepared according to package directions – SGC# 202135
- ¼ cup Bacon bits – SGC# 086488
- ¼ cup Cherry tomatoes, halved – SGC# 191940
- ½ cup Fresh basil, chiffonade – SGC# 193458
- ½ cup Mixed greens – SGC# 079426
- 8 slices Fresh mozzarella rounds – SGC# 054092
- ¼ cup Balsamic glaze – SGC# 487126
Directions:
- In a medium pan, saute bacon bits, cherry tomatoes and basil with Mini Chicken Potstickers on medium heat for about 4 minutes and set aside.
- Layer mixed greens and fresh mozzarella rounds on a plate and top each one with our Mini Chicken Potstickers
- Top with tomatoes, basil and bacon then finish with a balsamic glaze drizzle.
