Cocktails to-go are here to stay

In a move to help sustain the restaurant industry during the pandemic, modifications were temporarily made for to-go alcohol sales. As of Wednesday, it appears these changes are here to stay! 

Governor Parson signed SB126 into law, permanently allowing alcohol to-go purchases in the state of Missouri. 

Food purchases will still be required for to-go alcohol.
