Irish Chips
A spin-off of traditional nachos, these Irish Chips start with a pile of freshly fried potatoes! Then load them up with corned beef, bacon, and a mouthwatering Guinness beer cheese sauce!

Ingredients:
5oz- Simplot Raw Chips SGC #205526
4oz- JTM Beer #211492
1oz- Sliced Green Onion #192014
3oz- Hormel Pastrami #219958
2 slices- Walker Farms Bacon #226248

Directions:
Directions: Deep Fry the raw potato chips until cooked all the way and crunchy about 4 minutes. Heat up the beer cheese until it hot.

To plate: Top the chips with hot beer cheese sauce, pastrami, chopped bacon and green onions.
