Directions
Dice the Seaboard Farms pork belly into ½ inch cubes.
Spoon the French’s honey garlic sauce over the Rich’s cauliflower flat bread, followed by the Great Lakes cheese, pork belly and Simplot pineapple and pepper blend.
Bake in pizza oven for convections oven at 500 degrees for 6 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Cut and serve.
