BBQ Chicken Bacon Pinsa
Crispy, airy Roman-style pinsa crust layered with smoky BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, crispy bacon, melty mozzarella, and red onions. Finished with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro for a bold, flavorful finish.

- 1 each Pinsa Crust – SGC# 760679
- 3 oz Heritage Harvest Smoky BBQ Sauce – SGC# 124365
- 1 Cup Roasted Chicken (Chopped) – SGC# 205452
- 3 Slices Walker Farms Bacon-Cooked. – SGC# 215127
- 1 Cup Grande mozzarella cheese – SGC# 400703
- ¼ C parmesan cheese – SGC# 055392
- 1/2 small red onion , thinly sliced – SGC# 192179
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro – SGC# 193201
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Place Pinsa on Baking Sheet
3. Top with mozzarella cheese. Add chicken, bacon, and onion on top of the cheese.
4. Drizzle a bit more barbecue sauce over the pizza and sprinkle with parmesan.
5. Bake 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted, and crust turns golden brown.
6. Remove from oven and garnish with Cilantro
