Cajun BBQ Shrimp
Succulent shrimp marinated in bold Cajun spices and grilled to perfection, then smothered in tangy BBQ sauce. This dish offers a perfect blend of spicy, smoky, and savory flavors, bringing a taste of Southern comfort to your plate.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. 21-25 P&D Tail on Shrimp - SGC# 209061
- 1 lb. Unsalted Butter - SGC# 054130
- Spiceology Black Magic Cajun Seasoning - SGC# 170542
- 1 bunch Green Onions (finely Chopped) - SGC# 192014
- 1 loaf French Baguette - SGC# 208331
INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt butter in large Cast Iron Skillet
- Place Shrimp in single layer in butter (make sure that the butter has cooled slightly to prevent precooking the shrimps)
- Cover shrimps generously with seasoning
- Bake in 450-degree oven for approximately 5-8 minutes (until shrimp have curled and turned opaque)
- Slice Baguette in half lengthwise and butter generously with softened butter
- Place buttered Bread on Chargrill and grill until golden brown
To Serve:
Garnish Shrimp with Green Onions and serve with Grilled Bread for “Sopping up the Good Ole’ Cajun Butter”
