  • 3 ounces cream cheese - SGC# 055130
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk yogurt - SGC# 195632
  • Zest of one lemon - SGC# 192676
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice - SGC# 192676
  • ¼ cup dill minced - SGC# 196220
  • ½ teaspoon salt - SGC# 052100
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper - SGC# 191656

  • 5 pieces raw Great American Seafood shrimp - SGC# 488989
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds - SGC# 191157

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, according to package instructions. Reserve ¾ cup of pasta water.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and onion, shrimp saute until translucent, ~3-4 minutes. Add garlic and saute ~1 minute. Lower heat to low then add cream cheese, yogurt, zest, and lemon juice, whisking and adding pasta water a little at a time to create a sauce with a consistency that you prefer (more water will create a thinner sauce, you may not use all the reserved pasta water) and heat gently. Mix in dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Take sauce off the heat and stir in capers, and cooked pasta. Garnish with sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
