Over the past six weeks of my internship at SGC Food Service, the first thing that stood out to me was the exceptional kindness and welcoming nature. From the beginning, it was evident that the team prioritized making new members feel valued and included. By the end of my first week, nearly everyone had tried to introduce themselves and ensure I felt integrated into the company. This immediate warmth and hospitality spoke volumes about the company culture and the quality of the individuals who work there.
