Bang Bang Chicken

Chicken and coating:
· 2 lbs Walker Farms boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)—SGC# 211945

Sauce (Bang Bang Sauce):
· ⅓ cup mayonnaise. —SGC# 123547
· ¼ cup sweet chili sauce (Thai sweet chili sauce). —SGC# 054069
· Sriracha (about 2–3 tsp) for heat. —SGC# 487030
· Optional lime juice or brightness —SGC# 082245
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the chicken into ~1″ pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cornstarch (to coat).
2. Heat sesame (or other oil) in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through (~4–6 minutes depending on size).
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients (mayo + sweet chili sauce + sriracha + lime juice if using).
4. Once chicken is cooked, toss in the sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately while crispy.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
