Blackened Shrimp Rice Bowl
Succulent shrimp seasoned with a bold blend of Cajun spices, perfectly blackened and served atop a bed of fluffy jasmine rice. Garnished with fresh avocado, crisp veggies, and a drizzle of zesty lime crema for a mouthwatering meal that packs a flavorful punch!
INGREDIENTS
· 5 oz 16-20 shrimp tail off
· ¼ cups Corn Kernel
· 2 tbsp poblano Chile diced
· ¼ cup Julianne red onion
· 1 Tbsp Oil
· 1 tsp fresh parsley leaves
· ½ fresh chives
· Black Magic (Or another Blackening season)
· 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
· 3 cups cooked white rice
· ¼ black beans, drained and rinsed
· ½ each avocado, halved, peeled, and thinly sliced
· 2 each Fresh Lime wedges
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a Pre heated skillet with oil add Shrimp, and Sautee for 3-4 minutes before adding corn, red onion, poblano. Season with Black Majic seasoning
2. Toss in Fresh Parsley and fresh squeezed lime juice.
3. Serve in a Bowl with Steamed Rice and top with Black Beans, Sliced avocados and chives
