Bourbon Glazed Cowboy Steak

INGREDIENTS
· Cowboy Ribeye Steak
· Whole Garlic Cloves
· Fresh Rosemary
· Unsalted Butter
· Cowboy Crust Seasoning (Spiceology)
· Bourbon
INSTRUCTIONS
· Warm Cast Iron Skillet over Medium Heat
· Season Cowboy Ribeye w/ Cowboy Crust (rubbing into the steak well)
· Melt Butter in skillet and add Garlic and Rosemary
· Sear Steak on Both sides
· Gently Baste with Brown Garlic Herb Butter until desired doneness is reached (turning often to ensure even cooking)
· Once desired Steak Temperature is reached Removed Skillet from heat and gently add Bourbon (watch for Flare up) let flames reduce and return to heat to burn all alcohol off and reduce the liquid
· Remove pan form heat, remove steak, add butter to skillet whisking until incorporated into remaining liquid
· Plate steak and add Pan Sauce
