Cheeseburger Trashcan Tot-Chos
Ingredients
6 oz.Ore-Ida® Tater Tots® (226012)
Anchor® Spicy Pickle Fries (204921)
1⁄2 cup crumbled Mill Street Bacon (227348)
1 cup Mill Street cooked & seasoned ground beef (215000)
1⁄2 cup diced tomato (080085)
1 cup shredded lettuce (193508)
1-1⁄2 oz. äioli drizzle (3 parts Classic Gourmet mayonnaise, 1-part sriracha) (123525 & 125687)
Directions
Prepare Ore-Ida tots and Anchor pickle fries according to cooking instructions.
Use a tin can (or coffee can) as a form, assemble in layers on top of a plate.
Press layers of tots, Mill Street beef and other ingredients into can with ladle or spoon.
Top with pickle fries.
Finish with 1-1/2 oz. of äioli drizzle.
Remove can carefully in front of customer.
