Chicken Potsticker Stir Fry

Ingredients

6ea- Chicken Lemon Grass Potstickers 

½ c broccoli florets  – SGC# 192444 

½ c shredded carrots  – SGC# 192476 

½ c sliced mushrooms  – SGC# 192500 

¼ c cherry tomato sliced  – SGC# 191940 

1 tbsp minced garlic  – SGC# 192922 

1 tbsp minced ginger – SGC# 191395 

½ Korean Gochujang Sauce – SGC# 145789 

¼ c Versa oil  – SGC# 054472 

Directions

  1. In a sauté pan heat the olive oil, sauté garlic, ginger, broccoli, mushrooms and carrots for about 4 minutes over medium high heat. Next, add the potstickers and toss around the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, add the carrots and sauce and toss. 

  2. Serve with rice
