Screamer Chili:

 ½ lb Nathan's Hot Dogs – SGC# 215300
 1 tbsp Tomato Paste – SGC# 081018
 ¼ cup Ketchup – SGC# 080388
 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard – SGC# 074206
 1 tsp Restaurant Marketplace Onion Powder – SGC# 191019
 1 tbsp Restaurant Marketplace Garlic Pepper – SGC# 191647
 1 tsp Restaurant Marketplace Smoked Paprika – SGC# 191331
 1 tbsp Restaurant Marketplace Cayenne Pepper – SGC# 123356
 1 tbsp Spiceology Dark Chili Powder – SGC# 170412
 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce – SGC# 125260
 ¼ cup Beef Stock 
 1 tsp Kosher Salt 

Burger:

Mill Street Local Ground Beef (formed into patties) – SGC# 215000
 1 tsp Spiceology Salt Pepper Garlic Blend – SGC# 170506
 3 slices White American Cheese – SGC# 054031
 ¼ Yellow Onion, sliced thin – SGC# 191965
 3 Brioche Hamburger Buns – SGC# 208144
 3 tbsp Butter, spreadable – SGC# 195927
 ¾ cup Marshmallow Fluff – SGC# 140491

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Chop hot dogs finely. In a small saucepan add all ingredients for screamer chili, including hot dogs. Cook on medium heat until chili reduces by about half. Check for spice level, add more cayenne if desired. Set aside.
2. Sear hamburger patties in skillet over medium heat. Season with some Salt Pepper Garlic blend. Cook to desired doneness.
3. Take your cooked burger patty and set it on the bottom bun, top with cold white American cheese. Spoon hot dog chili over burger and top with the slices of yellow onion.
4. Spread some butter onto the top bun and then slather on a nice amount of marshmallow fluff. Place on top and enjoy!
