You are not going to find someone with a more positive attitude and outlook than Greg. His work as a Senior Advisor for our sales team and previously as a District Sales Manager has put him in line to be supportive and dedicated to the SGC team and he leads by setting a wonderful example. As a sales management professional, Greg coaches, trains, and directs an area sales team. He helps his team by guiding them to develop new business, maintain and enhance customer relationships and by being a source of support.
A typical day for Greg is working with customers, teaching them about SGC’s valued-added service. This in turn helps our DSR’s with their own time management. He is also working with at least one DSR a day, helping by attending meetings with customers or a valued prospect. He says every day is different and he must be flexible due to important or critical situations that can arise quickly.
Greg finds the success of others to be one of the most enjoyable parts of his position. He looks forward to consulting with team members, watching them grow and seeing them have a positive mindset. He loves each of them in a different way. Greg says, “I have learned the importance of culture and understand the importance of building strong relationships with the TEAM.” He went on to say that he genuinely enjoys the highs and lows he runs into. “Every low allows us to become stronger, which in time, creates highs.”
Greg is married to the love of his life and credits her for being supportive of him from the day they met. They have two beautiful and caring daughters and two bright and adorable granddaughters. He attributes his wonderful personal life to his family. He also added “we all have wonderful jobs, and this truly allows each of us to have that flow into our personal lives which creates happiness. We all have a choice which allows us to control our successes, both personal and in business.”
