Ingredients
½ lb bacon
Spicy Mayo
1 cup Mayo
1 tablespoon of hot sauce choice
Pico De Gallo
1 yellow onion
1 cup roma tomatoes
1 cup chopped Cilantro
1tbs salt
1tbs Garlic powder
6 roasted Jalapenos
Directions
- Dice bacon and cook crispy then chop
- Roast hot dogs
- Slice jalapeno in half and remove seeds, then roast
Pico de gallo
- Chop onion, tomato and cilantro – Add to a bowl mix all together and add salt and garlic powder
Spicy Mayo
- Combine mayo and hot sauce. Spread evenly on hot dog bun, add the hotdog top with pico, bacon and roasted jalapeno.
