A classic St. Patrick’s Day sandwich - hot pastrami on toasted rye bread with tart sauerkraut, creamy thousand island dressing and a crispy onion ring.

Butter each side of the rye bread and toast on a flat top griddle until toasted on each side about 2 minutes per side. Once you flip the rye bread, place a piece of cheese on each piece of bread. While bready is toasting, heat the corned beef and sauerkraut on flat top. Deep fry the onion ring according to the package.
To Plate: Spread the thousand island dressing of the rye bread and top with corned beef, sauerkraut and onion ring followed by other piece of bread.
