Panko Breaded Avocado Fries

Creamy avocado slices coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs and fried to golden perfection. Served with a Chipotle Ranch dipping sauce for the perfect balance of crunch and cool.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large avocados, sliced– SGC# 192607
  • Juice of 1/2 lime, optional– SGC# 082245
  • To taste Kosher Salt and Cracked Black Pepper – SGC# 052100; 191678
  • 1/4 cupall purpose flour– SGC# 053330
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten– SGC# 193003
  • 1  cupun toasted panko bread crumbs – SGC# 050186 

 

Chipotle Ranch Dip 

  • ¼ Heritage Harvest ranch– SGC# 124364
  • ¼ Tsp Chipotle base– SGC# 608932
  • 1 wedge fresh Lime Juice– SGC# 082245

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pre-heat Beef Tallow in a pot to 350 Degrees F. 
  • Season with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour then dip in egg and coat in panko breadcrumbs. Be sure the avocado slices are coated very well in the panko.
  • Deep Fry for 3 -4 minutes in beef tallow or until the avocados are golden and crispy
  • Mix the Ranch, Chipotle and lime juice until smooth and serve as dipping sauce
