Seafood Linguine 

The ingredients that come together in this seafood linguine recipe make for a classic dish that you can prepare any night of the week for a seafood-loving crowd. This bright and citrusy Seafood Linguine is a refreshing departure from the traditional heavier versions loaded with cream, and the whole dish comes together in just 30 minutes! 


  • 1lb- Aqua Star Seafood Medley – SGC# 488210 

  • 1/2 c- sliced mushrooms – SGC# 192500 

  • 8oz- fully prepared marinara sauce – SGC# 101116 

  • 1lb- cooked Valdigrano linguine – SGC# 059266 



  1. Add the olive oil to medium hot sauté pan.  

  1. Add the mushrooms and sauté for about 3 minutes until they are soft and caramelized.  

  1. Next, add the Aqua Star seafood medley and marinara sauce. 

  1. Cook for 5 minutes until the seafood is fully cooked and tender.  

  1. Then, add the cooked Valdigrano linguine and toss with the seafood and marinara sauce.  

  1. Top with fresh parsley and Great Lakes parmesan cheese and serve.
