Shrimp Scampi
Succulent shrimp sautéed with garlic, chopped shallots, fresh thyme, and rosemary in a rich white wine butter sauce. Served with toasted bread to soak up every flavorful bite.
INGREDIENTS
- 1lb Certi-Fresh Peeled and Deveined Jumbo Shrimp– SGC# 209062
- ½ lb Unsalted Butter– SGC# 054130
- 2 TBSP minced garlic– SGC# 192922
- 2 TBSP finely chopped shallots– SGC# 193649
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce– SGC# 088484
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce– SGC# 125245
- Fresh Thyme– SGC# 193482
- Fresh Rosemary– SGC# 193474
INSTRUCTIONS
- Make sure Shrimp are cleaned and free of any excess Shell, Veins, or debris
- Place Butter in Med Size Skillet and melt Slowly, careful not to burn.
- Add Shallots and sauté until translucent
- Add Garlic and sauté for 3-4 minutes
- Deglaze with White Wine and allow to reduce
- Add hot sauce and herbs simmering for 3-4 minutes
- Add Shrimp and cook until opaque and tails are curled.
- Serve with Toasted Bread for Dipping the Buttery Goodness!
