Smoked Seared Tri-Tip Steak

Our tri-tip steak is smoked low and slow to draw out deep, savory flavor, then seared for a caramelized crust that locks in juiciness. The result is a tender, richly flavored cut with the perfect balance of smokiness and char—hearty, satisfying, and unforgettable.

INGREDIENTS

·       1lb Mill Street Tri Tip – SGC# 293113

·       Sasquatch Black Gold BBQ Spice – SGC# 170574

·       3TBL  Butter – SGC # 054130

DIRECTIONS

1.     Clean and trim the Tri-Tip Steak

2.     Rub with your favorite beef rub

3.     Place on Smoker at 225 degrees until internal temperature reaches  125 degrees.

4.     In a skillet on medium high heat melt 4 TBLS of butter

5.     Place the Smoked Tri-Tip in the heated butter and sear both sides for two minutes while spooning the butter over the top of the steak.

6.     Remove from the skillet and let rest 3-5 minutes

7.     Slice and serve
