Chicharrón and Guac Bowl
INGREDIENTS

• ¼ cup diced tomato — SGC# 191957
• 2 tbsp diced red onion — SGC# 192237
• 2 tbsp chopped cilantro — SGC# 193201
• Salt to taste — SGC# 052100
• 6–8 crispy chicharrón pieces — SGC#202115
• 2 tbsp pico de gallo (optional) — SGC# 197095
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mash avocado with lime juice and salt.
2. Fold in tomato, onion, and cilantro.
3. Spoon guacamole into a bowl.
4. Top with crispy chicharrón pieces.
5. Add pico de gallo and lime wedges.
