Kale Pesto Vegetarian Sausage Flatbread
Perfect for a Meatless Monday! Easy to prepare and sure to please your guests!
Ingredients:
- 2 ct. Morningstar Farms® Breakfast Patty - SGC# 218460
- 4 tbsp. Kale Pesto - SGC# 214024-193169
- ¼ cup Caramelized Balsamic Onions (thawed) – SGC# 050237
- ¼ cup Smoked Blue Cheese Crumbles – SGC# 055558
- ¼ cup Fire Grilled Artichokes Quarters (rough chop) – SGC# 074212
- Flatbread Roasted Garlic (thawed) – SGC# 211915
- Fresh Cilantro (optional) – SGC# 193201
Directions:
- Cook breakfast patties per instruction and dice into bite size pieces
- Lightly spread the Kale Pesto onto flatbread
- Top flatbread with onions, artichokes (sliced), blue cheese and cooked Morningstar Farms® patties
- Cook in oven 450 degrees 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and starting to brown
