Kale Pesto Vegetarian Sausage Flatbread

Perfect for a Meatless Monday! Easy to prepare and sure to please your guests!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ct. Morningstar Farms® Breakfast Patty - SGC# 218460
  • 4 tbsp. Kale Pesto - SGC# 214024-193169
  • ¼ cup Caramelized Balsamic Onions (thawed) – SGC# 050237
  • ¼ cup Smoked Blue Cheese Crumbles – SGC# 055558
  • ¼ cup Fire Grilled Artichokes Quarters (rough chop) – SGC# 074212
  • Flatbread Roasted Garlic (thawed) – SGC# 211915
  • Fresh Cilantro (optional) – SGC# 193201

Directions:

  1. Cook breakfast patties per instruction and dice into bite size pieces
  2. Lightly spread the Kale Pesto onto flatbread
  3. Top flatbread with onions, artichokes (sliced), blue cheese and cooked Morningstar Farms® patties
  4. Cook in oven 450 degrees 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and starting to brown
