Seaboard Foods Sous Vide Pork Belly Flat Bread  

Crisp, Cauliflower flatbread, topped with diced pork belly, honey garlic sauce, and a hearty helping of shredded cheese. Finished with a blend of pineapples and peppers, this pork belly flat bread is guaranteed to make for a happy and full stomach! 

Ingredients

  • 4oz Seaboard Foods Sous Vide Pork Belly Diced - SGC# 200244 

  • 1ea Rich’s Cauiflower Flatbread  - SGC# 207243 

  • ½ c Simplot Roasted Pineapple & Pepper Blend  - SGC# 202397 

  • 6oz- Shredded Great Lakes Pizza Cheese - SGC# 055772 

  • 2oz- French’s Honey Stung Garlic Sauce - SGC# 125668 

Directions 

  1. Dice the Seaboard Farms pork belly into ½ inch cubes.  

  1. Spoon the French’s honey garlic sauce over the Rich’s cauliflower flat bread, followed by the Great Lakes cheese, pork belly and Simplot pineapple and pepper blend.  

  1. Bake in pizza oven for convections oven at 500 degrees for 6 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Cut and serve.
