Smithfield Pork Osso Bucco Over Zerega Pasta 

When it comes to comfort food, Pork Osso Bucco is at the top of our list. We’ve put our own spin on the traditional Italian Osso Bucco to make it the ultimate comfort food! This amazingly delicious, tender, soul-warming dish is perfect for the colder months but can be enjoyed any time of the year. 

Ingredients

  • 6ea Mini KC Wild Wings - SGC#  219779 

  • 8oz- Cooked Zerega Cavatappi Pasta  - SGC# 059177 

  • 8oz- Campbells Tomato Basil Broadway Bisque - SGC# 200098 

  • Fresh parsley as garnish – SGC# 193136 

Directions

  1. Fry the Smithfield mini kc wild wings in 350 degree fryer for 5 minutes.  

  1. Preheat a medium sauce pan to medium high heat and ladle in the soup and heat for 2 minutes.  

  1. Next add the cooked Zerega cavatappi noodles followed by the Smithfield pork wings. Toss everything together and place in a pasta bowl.  

  1. Top with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese if you like.
