- 4 oz Mill Street Local Ground Beef – SGC# 277187
- 1 slice Tomato– SGC# 191957
- 1/2 tbsp Ketchup– SGC# 080822
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard– SGC# 074206
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt– SGC# 052100
- 1 slice Cheddar Cheese– SGC# 054008
- 1 Pretzel Hamburger Bun– SGC# 162991
- 1 leaf Lettuce– SGC# 191429
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix ground beef with salt and form into a patty
- Heat grill to medium-high heat and cook hamburger patty for 4 minutes on each side
- Place cheddar cheese on hamburger patty and cover grill for about 1 minute until cheese is melted
- Toast Pretzel Hamburger Bun on grill until golden
- Assemble hamburger with burger, red onion, tomato, lettuce, mustard and ketchup, or whatever fixings you would like.
