INGREDIENTS:

- 4 oz Mill Street Local Ground Beef – SGC# 277187
- 1 slice Tomato– SGC# 191957
- 1/2 tbsp Ketchup– SGC# 080822
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard– SGC# 074206
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt– SGC# 052100
- 1 slice Cheddar Cheese– SGC# 054008

- 1 Pretzel Hamburger Bun– SGC# 162991

- 1 leaf Lettuce– SGC# 191429

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix ground beef with salt and form into a patty
  2. Heat grill to medium-high heat and cook hamburger patty for 4 minutes on each side
  3. Place cheddar cheese on hamburger patty and cover grill for about 1 minute until cheese is melted
  4. Toast Pretzel Hamburger Bun on grill until golden
  5. Assemble hamburger with burger, red onion, tomato, lettuce, mustard and ketchup, or whatever fixings you would like.
